Who handles the border?
We file the paperwork and work with a licensed US customs broker on every shipment. You do not need an importer number to get a slab to the shop.
Duties sit inside the delivered price. If a destination is outside our usual states, ask. We will tell you if we can run it and what the timing looks like.

Do I need a trade account?
Fabricators, architects, designers, and builders can request a quote. Net 30 and Net 60 terms are available for qualified trade accounts. Homeowners are welcome. Start with your fabricator, or send us the spec.
