Agreement
By using orosurfaces.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms with oro Surfaces. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is for trade professionals. You must be at least 18. Listings, photos, dimensions, and any pricing shown are reference only. Stone and porcelain vary by slab; stock changes. On-screen color may not match the physical material.
The Site is not an offer to sell. A written quote or order confirmation from oro is required before a purchase. We may correct Site content at any time.
Your submissions
Information you send through forms must be accurate and information you are allowed to share. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, security interference, unauthorized copying or scraping of content, misrepresentation, or distribution of spam or malware. You are responsible for use tied to your contact details.
Intellectual property
Site content, including photography and catalog material, belongs to oro or its licensors. You may use it internally for projects you discuss with us. Do not republish it for competing catalogs or marketing without our written permission.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. oro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for Site-related claims is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
External links are not under our control. You use them at your own risk.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal law in Canada. Ontario courts have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Site, except either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
